Abstract: Calcifying ghost cell odontogenic cystis a unique and relatively uncommon odontogenic lesion characterised by diverse clinical, radiological and biological behaviour. It can exhibit a solid neoplasm or a cyst or sometimes both. It is rare developmental odontogenic cyst with notable presence of histopathological features which include a cystic lining demonstrating “ghost epithelial cells”. We report a case of calcifying ghost cell odontogenic cyst in mandible with an aggressive behaviour treated in an aggressive manner.
