Abstract: Oral myiasis is a rare pathological condition as a result of larvae infestation of human tissues. It is usually associated with neglect of personal hygiene secondary to mental or physical disabilities. A case of oral myiasis caused by larvae in a 50 year old male patient with poor manual dexterity associated with neurological deficit is reported.
