Abstract:A case of accidental impalement on a window hook is reported. Thepatient was conscious at the time of admission, with the window hook in situ.Treatment consisted of simple removal of the window hook. Post surgical recoverywas uneventful. No permanent vascular or neurological deficits were noted.
